3.2 mm ID x 7.0 mm OD x 0.45 mm These are used mainly on Keihin Carbs
3.7 mm ID x 8.0 mm OD x 0.45 mm
Made from 304 stainless steel.
These are not a precision part but are used to raise the needle.
