We ship within the UK and worldwide.

Shipping to the UK is FREE for all products and there is a FLAT RATE for most products shipped worldwide

If orders are placed before 3 pm UK time, then they are sent the same day. All weekend and bank holiday orders are processed on the following working day. All packages are sent post FREE by Royal Mail Second Class which is a 2-3 working day service. Weekends and Bank Holidays are NOT working days. For a small fee, packages can be sent by Royal Mail First Class which is a 1-2 working day service. For guaranteed next day delivery in the UK, packages must be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery for which there is a charge. Overseas packages are sent by Royal Mail International Standard marked 'International Priority'.

Returns Policy

You may return new, unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the return is a result of your error (changed your mind, ordered incorrect parts, no longer needed etc.) then we will deduct £1 from your refund to cover postage and packing in the UK and the full postal charge will be deducted from overseas returns.

A refund will be made immediately upon receipt of the returned goods, if in good order.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Please return the goods to the address provided and note that most items require a LARGE Royal Mail postage charge.

Cancellation

If the goods have not been dispatched, you may cancel the order for a full refund.
